We offer a monolithic roofing replacement system that is flexible, highly durable, and energy-efficient. This seamless roofing system is manufactured directly on your building. This provides you with a custom-fitted commercial roofing system that will seamlessly fit your flashings and penetrations without requiring it to be cut and glued. This prevents the need for seams that can fail and cause leaks and other damage.
We can also add highly reflective options to your roof to lower cooling costs and can also add additional insulation to further lower your energy costs. These coatings include:
If your commercial roof is nearing the end of its lifespan, has suffered unrepairable damages, or would like to upgrade your commercial roofing system, we offer the Advantage roofing system. This is a seamless, durable option that offers you a reliable commercial roofing system that can be installed over your existing system.
This system is 3-4 times thicker than the material of our competitors creating a more durable surface. This thicker material protects your roof from items falling on or being thrown onto it and from damage caused by metal casings or screws.
Our roofing system is also flexible, allowing it to move with the movement of the roofing structure. This is due to the self-flashing feature that allows the material to form around 90-degree angles and circular items seamlessly, avoiding weak points in the roof.
With a monolithic roofing system, the system is installed in one complete piece, with no seams. This system is also highly reflective to help lower energy costs and is also 3-4 times thicker than competitor materials, making it durable against damage.
A built-up roofing system is also known as a hot tar or hot asphalt roof and can either be left smooth or covered in gravel. Without a top layer of gravel, this type of roof is subjected to UV degradation. This causes the roof material to become brittle and crack.
A rolled roofing system, also called 90-pounds, is an economical material similar to shingles. This type of roofing is used as a temporary roof on sloped surfaces. It is not suited to withstand the wear and tear necessary to serve as a permanent commercial roofing solution.
Typically, roofs are made from steel or aluminum with various corrugations. Metal roofs then have issues with leaks due to all of the fastener holes and laps in the metal material. Also, keep in mind that if you need to change a flat roof to a sloped roof, you will be required to change the building design. This can lead to structural issues.
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)/TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) roofs are composed of a thin layer of thermoplastic that is adhered to the roof or mechanically installed. As time passes, this type of roofing system can become brittle. It can also be easily damaged by roof traffic or hail with punctures also being an issue.
Rubber roofing is comprised of a thin black synthetic material called EPDM. This is a material that absorbs the infrared heat rays of the sun. This can lead to higher cooling costs due to the increased heat. Another issue with this material is that the UV rays accelerate the deterioration of the material which leads to it shrinking and pulling apart at the seams.
Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Roofing
SPF roofing is spray-applied to the commercial roof. It is then topped with either a silicone or acrylic elastomeric topcoat. SPF roofing is subject to UV damage and punctures caused by roof foot traffic and nesting birds.
Modified Bitumen roofing is similar to Rolled roofing but is a heavier material. Modified Bitumen is very stiff, making it difficult to work with, especially when working around penetrations and wall flashings. The main issue with this type of roofing material is seam failure, leading to leaks and other damage to your roof’s structure. When a darker color is selected, then it will attract UV rays. This can increase cooling costs for your building. This material is also subject to thermal shock.
An asphalt built-up roofing system, also known as hot tar or hot asphalt roof, can either be covered in gravel or left smooth. Without a top gravel layer, this type of roofing is subject to UV degradation. This will cause the material to become brittle and crack.
