This manufacturing plant is in Lexington, KY. This is a rubber (EPDM) roof that was well past its useful life. ACR1 did part of the roof in 2015 and the balance of the roof in 2020. The roof had hundreds of fasteners backing out puncturing the rubber membrane. The rubber was separating at seams and shrinking and pulling away from the walls. The water infiltration caused damage to the decking which was repaired first at needed before applying the new Aluminum Chip coated roof.
