Lead Generator Manager
Support sales staff. Identify and record sales, opportunities and projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND BASIC TASKS
- Contact prospective customers. To ascertain needs and opportunities via telephone.
- Gather all relevant information, including size, age, and contact information.
- Record data onto contact management database for distribution to sales staff.
- Maintain accurate information in database.
Two actionable leads.
- Must be available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
- Hourly rate $10. Additional $20 quoted lead bonus.
- Raises possible monthly depending on performance.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic PC knowledge, telephone skills, typing.
- Some experience preferred.
- Microsoft access preferred but not required.
- Must be able to pass drug screen pre-employment.
Honest, dependable, self-motivated, persuasive, good communication skills. Extroverted and able to handle rejection and stress and keep positive mind set.
This position requires the ability to work in close contact with other lead generators.
